📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the design and construction of luxury villa and resort projects.,Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.,Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications.,Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.,Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with local regulations.,Mentor and guide junior architects and designers.,Collaborate with interior designers to ensure cohesive project outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture and project management.,Strong understanding of local building codes and regulations in Bali.,Proficiency in using architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with construction materials and techniques.,Portfolio showcasing previous architectural projects.
