Sumber Dian Health Center is seeking a dedicated Deputy Teller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the main teller in handling customer transactions and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping others.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the main teller in handling customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and balance inquiries.,Provide excellent customer service by being friendly, patient, and professional.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions.,Assist in cash handling and ensuring the safekeeping of cash and documents.,Answer customer inquiries and provide information about the bank's products and services.,Perform other duties as assigned by the main teller or bank management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a customer service or banking role is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
