Shop Easy Corporindo is seeking a Lead QA Engineer to oversee our quality assurance processes and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. As a Lead QA Engineer, you will be responsible for managing a team of QA engineers, developing and implementing QA strategies, and ensuring that our software meets the highest quality standards. This is a great opportunity for a passionate and experienced QA professional to take the lead in our QA department and drive our quality assurance initiatives forward.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the quality assurance processes and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products,Manage a team of QA engineers and provide guidance and support to ensure their professional development,Develop and implement QA strategies and best practices to improve the quality of our software products,Conduct QA audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards,Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve quality issues and ensure the successful delivery of software products,Stay up-to-date with the latest QA trends, tools, and technologies to ensure that our QA processes are effective and efficient,Report on QA metrics and KPIs to senior management and stakeholders to demonstrate the value of our QA initiatives,Mentor and train junior QA engineers and other team members on QA best practices and processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field,5+ years of experience in QA engineering, with a strong understanding of QA processes, tools, and best practices,Experience in managing a team of QA engineers and providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development,Strong technical skills in QA tools, such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, and others,Experience in developing and implementing QA strategies and best practices to improve the quality of software products,Experience in conducting QA audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with development teams, stakeholders, and other team members,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve quality issues and ensure the successful delivery of software products
