Tanggung Jawab:
Manage and lead a team of tax professionals, ensuring compliance with all tax laws and regulations.Provide tax advice and guidance to clients, ensuring accurate and timely filing of tax returns.Oversee tax audits and disputes, working closely with clients to resolve any issues.Monitor and report on tax trends and developments, providing strategic advice to senior management.Develop and implement tax policies and procedures, ensuring they are in line with the company's objectives.Train and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and ensure the team is aware of these changes.Represent the company in tax-related matters, both internally and externally.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax-related roles, with a proven track record in leadership positions.Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.Certification in tax-related courses or programs is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
