📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement comprehensive training programs using tools like Moodle, Microsoft Teams, and LinkedIn Learning
• Analyze training needs and develop curriculum to align with company goals
• Oversee the delivery of training programs and ensure high participation and engagement
• Create and maintain training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and webinars
• Conduct needs assessments and provide recommendations for training and development initiatives
• Collaborate with HR team to develop and implement employee development strategies
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in employee training and development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role
• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs
• Strong knowledge of e-learning platforms and tools like Moodle, Microsoft Teams, and LinkedIn Learning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Certification in training and development or a related field is a plus
