📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement
• Create and manage digital marketing campaigns using platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the chemical industry
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales promotions and discounts
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics and HubSpot
• Create and maintain marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and social media content
• Attend industry events and trade shows to network with potential customers and partners
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the chemical or industrial sector
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
• Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for driving business growth
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
