📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.,Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with clients.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Monitor market trends and competitors to stay ahead of the curve.,Train and mentor junior sales representatives.,Report sales performance and provide regular updates to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong understanding of CRM software and sales processes.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
