📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and manage social media platforms for any escalated issues or complaints.,Work closely with the customer service team to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement escalation protocols and procedures to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues.,Analyze and report on social media trends and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with marketing and product teams to address customer concerns and enhance the product or service.,Train and mentor customer service representatives on best practices for handling social media escalations.,Maintain a positive and professional image for the company on all social media platforms.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.,3-5 years of experience in social media management, customer service, or a related field.,Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Experience with social media monitoring tools and software.,Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software.
