📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the store, including sales, inventory, and customer service.
  • Ensure the store meets all sales targets and KPIs.
  • Manage and train a team of store staff to ensure high performance.
  • Monitor stock levels and order new inventory as needed.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Participate in inventory and sales forecasting.
  • Promote the store and its products to drive customer traffic and sales.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using retail management software and POS systems.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
