📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage the accounting processes for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manage the general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Work closely with project managers and contractors to ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including tax obligations.
• Provide financial advice and support to project teams to optimize financial performance.
• Monitor and manage the budget for construction projects, ensuring adherence to financial plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting management, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and IFRS.
• Certification in CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or equivalent is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
