📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in managing and leading the crew to ensure smooth operations.,Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.,Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.,Participate in crew meetings and training sessions.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of excellent customer service.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Experience with POS systems and other relevant software is a plus.
