PRISM Berjaya is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Operational Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with the Operational Manager to develop and implement strategies that drive the company's growth and success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the operations management field.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and procedures.,Excellent leadership and management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a plus.
