📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver high-quality training programs that meet industry standards and local needs.
• Create and maintain a curriculum that is both innovative and practical, incorporating the latest technologies and methodologies.
• Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement in training programs.
• Collaborate with instructors to enhance their teaching skills and ensure they are up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
• Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and networking events to foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Monitor student progress and provide support to ensure they achieve their learning objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners to ensure the relevance and quality of our training programs.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in education and training, and apply this knowledge to improve our programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Training and Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in education and training, with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing training programs.
• Certification in instructional design or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Blackboard, or Canvas.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate both students and instructors.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Experience in a multicultural environment is a plus.
