📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees globally.
• Manage and maintain employee records using Workday and BambooHR.
• Process and manage employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
• Coordinate with local HR teams to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
• Monitor and report on HR metrics and KPIs.
• Stay updated on global HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR coordination or a similar role.
• Proven experience with HRIS systems such as Workday and BambooHR.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
