📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the preparation and cooking of food items in the kitchen.,Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and safety.,Work closely with the culinary team to maintain a high level of efficiency and productivity.,Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and cleaned.,Develop and implement new recipes and cooking techniques.,Ensure that all food costs are controlled and that the kitchen is run efficiently.,Supervise and train junior staff members.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the kitchen.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role.,Experience in a high-volume restaurant or similar environment is preferred.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to lead and motivate a team.,Knowledge of various cooking techniques and styles is a plus.,Familiarity with kitchen management software is a plus.
