📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Manage and mentor a team of sales consultants, providing guidance and support.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking as needed.,Organize and participate in sales promotions and events.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in a leadership role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with retail sales software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior.
