Daily, you will be responsible for identifying and assessing loan opportunities, conducting market research, and developing customized loan packages that address the unique needs of our customers. You will also be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

• Identify and assess loan opportunities by conducting market research and analyzing customer needs.
• Develop and present customized loan packages tailored to the specific requirements of our customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Conduct financial literacy programs and workshops to educate customers about the benefits of financial products and services.
• Monitor and report on loan performance, providing regular updates to management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of loan products and services.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, banking, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of loan products and services, including credit analysis and risk assessment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
