📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.,Control inventory and ensure proper stock levels.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.,Monitor and improve sales and profitability.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in regular staff meetings and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of success in a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Experience in inventory management and control.,Understanding of health and safety regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
