As a Senior Lab Technician, you will be responsible for conducting various laboratory tests and analyses to ensure the quality and safety of our products. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting various laboratory tests and analyses to ensure product quality and safety.,Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results.,Developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory operations.,Training and mentoring junior lab technicians and other team members.,Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.,Documenting and reporting test results and findings to management and stakeholders.,Troubleshooting and resolving laboratory issues and equipment malfunctions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with at least 3 years in a senior or supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., ISO, GMP).
