📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the production process from start to finish, ensuring adherence to quality standards and company policies.,Manage production schedules, including setting deadlines and ensuring timely completion of tasks.,Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet the required standards.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.,Train and mentor junior staff members to ensure a high level of performance and productivity.,Monitor production costs and identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records and reports.,Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure production meets customer demands and expectations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably in production, manufacturing, or a similar discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing role.,Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and inventory management.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proficiency in using production management software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
