PT PMP is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Staff Accounting (AP & AR) to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a passion for ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the accounts payable process, including invoicing, payment processing, and vendor reconciliation.,Oversee the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collection, and customer reconciliation.,Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.,Provide support to the finance team in financial analysis and reporting.,Handle bank reconciliations and ensure accurate bank statements.,Maintain relationships with vendors and customers to ensure timely payments and collections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the AP/AR field.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
