📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services.,Collaborate with engineers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy.,Write user manuals, API documentation, and other technical guides.,Edit and proofread documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and correctness.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Provide training and support to customers and partners on technical topics.,Contribute to the improvement of our documentation processes and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong writing and editing skills with a clear, concise, and accurate style.,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Experience with software development and testing processes.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
