• Prepare and serve a variety of signature cocktails and mocktails using premium spirits and fresh ingredients.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to create innovative and delicious beverage pairings.
• Maintain a well-stocked bar with a focus on quality and presentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest feels welcome and well taken care of.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in mixology, and continuously refine your skills.
• Work efficiently during peak hours to ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience.
• Assist in training and mentoring new staff members to uphold the high standards of BARTOLO BALI.
• Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to the ongoing improvement of the bar's operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bartender or Mixologist in a high-end restaurant or bar setting.
• Proven ability to create and serve a diverse range of cocktails and mocktails with exceptional taste and presentation.
• Strong knowledge of premium spirits, liqueurs, and mixers, with a focus on quality and authenticity.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Familiarity with bar software such as POS systems, inventory management tools, and beverage ordering platforms.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
