📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the execution of EPC projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress and address any issues promptly.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Develop and implement field control plans, including schedules, work instructions, and quality control procedures.
• Monitor and report on project performance metrics, including cost, schedule, and quality.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.
• Provide technical support and guidance to field personnel, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
• Collaborate with the project team to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in field control engineering, with a focus on EPC projects.
• Proficiency in using project management software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as required.
