- Conduct feasibility studies and resource assessments for lithium deposits.
- Develop and implement mining plans using advanced software such as AutoCAD, Surpac, and MineSight.
- Oversee the extraction process, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Monitor production levels and implement strategies to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mining operations.
- Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in lithium mining.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and staff.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in lithium mining operations.
- Proficiency in using mining software such as AutoCAD, Surpac, and MineSight.
- Strong understanding of mining regulations and environmental standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Certification in Safety Management Systems (SMS) or equivalent is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
